Monica L. Sharpe, a retired elementary school teacher and business owner, has spent her life encouraging others to find their voice through storytelling—a lesson she loved sharing with her young students. She now lives near the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains in South Carolina with her husband, their cat Cory, and dog Finn.

These days, Monica enjoys a quieter pace of life, spending her time photographing wildlife, gardening, traveling in an RV, and exploring her family’s history through genealogical research. She’s also pouring her heart into her first novel, inspired by the experiences and moments that have shaped her life.
